Delivery

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the order. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within next working day. Once your order has been proceeded, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

- Courier Post is our primary service provider, although at times we might use other companies at our discretion. Location zoning (Auckland region boundary, etc.) and rural surcharge will be subject to Courier Post's classification.

 

- Oversized items will not be taken into account the delivery process, we will contact you for the cost as per order basis. If you want an estimate in advance, please feel free to contact us.

 

- For delivery disputes, we will liase with the Courier on behalf of the customer. Refunds or Redelivery will proceed on a case-by-case basis AFTER our correspondence with the courier.

 

- If you cannot complete a bundle order, it could be due to some technical error on the shipping profiles; please contact us and we could provide a manual quote for your further proceeding.
